Gold Coast Indy Accommodation Filling Up

I can’t believe the difference in availability of Gold Coast Indy Accommodation in just one week since I last checked. It seems that the excitement is building as fast as the construction of the track progresses.

I was in Surfers this morning taking some general photos and you cannot help but notice that Indy is very near! And the traffic – phew, during the day it can be a real nightmare to try to go through Surfers – a mistake I made this week too.


Getting back to Gold Coast Indy Accommodation, I did a quick check this morning and there is still availability in Surfers Paradise and Main Beach but it does seem to be filling up fast. There are a range of accommodation types and styles available across the star ratings. The cheapest ranges from around $145 (as of right now) up to $900 per night – depending upon what you are looking for.

If you are planning to come to the Gold Coast Indy in 2008 you really should get your accommodation booked really soon, or you could miss out.

You could also stay outside of the hot zone in places like Southport, Labrador, Broadbeach or Mermaid Beach and travel in on public transport.
